AI that saves time. Without leaking data.

Your people may well be using AI already, with rules or without them. We help you set the rules, choose a tool, check who can see which data, and find the first tasks where the benefit shows. At a fixed price, within a few weeks.

Six steps to AI that helps

You can also start smaller: just the rules and a training session for the team. The other steps can follow later.

  1. Rules

Who may do what, with which data. Two pages everyone understands.

  2. The tool

Chosen for your needs and your data: Microsoft’s Copilot, ChatGPT or Gemini in a business version, for example. No ties to any vendor.

  3. Data permissions

AI sees what the user sees. So first we tidy up sharing and access.

  4. First tasks

Two or three tasks where the benefit shows: emails, summaries, drafts, searching documents.

  5. People

Training for the team: what AI can do, what it can’t and what to watch out for. It is also a measure to support AI literacy, which the AI Act requires.

  6. The benefit

After a few weeks we look at what works and suggest the next steps.

The risk nobody talks about

Microsoft Copilot (formerly Microsoft 365 Copilot) shows users only what they already have access to. But in many firms people can open far more than they should: folders shared “with everyone”, old links, forgotten permissions. What used to lie forgotten, AI finds in seconds.

That’s why we start by tidying up permissions, not by buying licences. The same goes for other tools: first we agree which data people may put into them, then we switch them on.

What the AI Act says

Under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, organisations that use AI systems in their work must take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff and of others who operate or use those systems on their behalf. The duty has applied since 02/02/2025. Since an amendment in July 2026, the Act states that it does not require any specific level of AI literacy for any individual, and the European Commission says no certificate is needed. Our training is a practical way to take such a measure.

A typical situation

This is a typical situation, not a specific engagement. We describe what we would do and what you get.

Marketing agency · around 20 staff

Client copy in a public chatbot

Copywriters paste clients’ texts and briefs into public AI tools. Management knows, but has no rules and no better alternative.

What we do

  • Two pages of AI rules
  • A business tool instead of public versions, with permissions set
  • Training for the team, and two tested tasks

What you get

AI still saves time, but client data stays in the company’s own environment and people know what they may do.

Questions

Do we have to buy Copilot?

No. Sometimes the business version of a tool you already have is enough; sometimes a different one makes more sense. We recommend based on your data and tasks. We earn nothing from licences, so we have no reason to push a particular product.

Is it safe for client data?

That depends on the tool, the contract and the settings. So we choose the tool by how it handles your data, and settle the rules and permissions before AI is switched on.

What does the AI Act ask of us?

For firms that only use AI, the key provision today is Article 4: since 02/02/2025 they must take measures to support their people’s AI literacy. Since the July 2026 amendment, the Act states that no specific level is required, and the European Commission says no certificate is needed. Further duties depend on what you use AI for. General information, not legal advice.

How much does it cost?

The rules and a training session for your team cost from 17,500 Kč; the full rollout is priced on its scope. You get the exact fixed price after the first call. Tool licences you pay directly to their vendor. We are not VAT-registered, so these prices are final.

Do you build your own AI?

No. We help businesses use ready-made tools safely. We don’t develop our own AI models.
